20+ years teaching Grade 4–6 in public classrooms, built by a Christian educator who believes good teaching serves every kind of family. Standards-aligned resources for public school teachers, and faith-rooted resources for Christian school and homeschool families — from the same steady hand.

I believe teaching is both a calling and a profession. First and foremost, I'm a follower of Christ, and I believe God has called me to serve students and support fellow educators through the gifts He has given me. At the same time, I've dedicated myself to becoming professionally equipped for that calling through over 20 years of classroom experience, a Master's degree in Special Education, certifications in Elementary Education, Special Education, and TESOL, and Lexia LETRS training in the Science of Reading.
That's the heart behind Called & Certified—called by God and certified through education, experience, and a commitment to excellence.
